Gallery SwipeGizlilik Politikası
Özet
Gallery Swipe (“uygulama”), Torontosoft tarafından geliştirilen bir galeri ayıklama uygulamasıdır. Fotoğrafları saklaman veya çöp kutusuna ayırman için yalnızca cihazında okur. Hesap açılmaz. Fotoğraflar, kararlar ve kullanım bilgisi bir sunucuya gönderilmez. Reklam, analiz ve takip araçları yoktur. Verileri satmayız.
Fotoğraflar
Uygulama, iOS Fotoğraflar veya Android galeri izniyle görüntüleri cihazın kendi kütüphanesinden okur. Bu okuma telefonun içinde kalır. Fotoğrafın kendisi, küçük resmi, tarihi, albüm adı veya dosya boyutu Torontosoft’a veya başka bir hizmete yüklenmez.
Sola kaydırılan fotoğraf hemen silinmez. Çöp kutusunu onaylayınca uygulama, silme isteğini işletim sistemine iletir. iPhone’da silinen fotoğraflar Son Silinenler’de yaklaşık 30 gün kalır; bu süre Apple’a aittir. Android çoğu zaman kendi onay penceresini gösterir. Depolama, sistem çöpü boşalınca açılır.
Cihazda kalan bilgiler

İzinler
iPhone’da fotoğraf kütüphanesini okumak ve onayladığın silmeyi işletim sistemine iletmek için fotoğraf erişimi istenir. Android’de galeriyi okumak için görüntü izni istenir. Konum, kişiler, mikrofon, kamera, reklam kimliği veya hesap izni istenmez. Sürüm derlemesi internet izni istemez.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındakilere yönelik değildir ve hesap toplamaz. Galeride çocuk fotoğrafları olsa bile bu görüntüler cihazda kalır.
Üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamanın içinde reklam ağı, analiz hizmeti veya kimlik doğrulama yoktur. Apple’ın App Store ve iOS üzerinden, Google’ın Play üzerinden topladığı bilgiler o şirketlerin gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

Privacy Policy
Summary
Gallery Swipe (“the app”) is a gallery-cleaning app developed by Torontosoft. It reads photos on the device so you can keep them or move them to a bin. There is no account. Photos, decisions, and usage information are not sent to a server. The app has no advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not sell data.
Photos
The app reads images from the iOS Photos library or the Android gallery after you grant permission. That read stays on the phone. The photo, its thumbnail, date, album name, and file size are not uploaded to Torontosoft or to any other service.
A swipe to the left does not delete the photo. When you confirm the bin, the app asks the operating system to delete those photos. On iPhone, deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for about 30 days; that period belongs to Apple. Android usually shows its own confirmation. Storage is freed when the system bin is emptied.
Information that stays on the device
Keep, bin, and later decisions, streak days, and the space the app estimates as freed stay in local storage on the phone. They are not tied to an account and do not reach us. Uninstalling the app deletes those local records. It does not restore photos the system has already deleted.
Permissions
On iPhone the app asks for photo library access so it can read photos and hand a confirmed deletion to the operating system. On Android it asks for image access so it can read the gallery. It does not ask for location, contacts, microphone, camera, an advertising identifier, or an account. The release build does not request an internet permission.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect an account. If the gallery contains photos of children, those images stay on the device.
Third parties
The app does not include an advertising network, an analytics service, or a sign-in provider. Information Apple collects through the App Store and iOS, and information Google collects through Play, is subject to those companies’ privacy policies.
